This was my first time buying a car so I was a bit apprehensive. But I was lucky because I dealt with Derek and he made me feel comfortable right away. I was expecting to be pressured and rushed but this wasn't the case. He is very friendly and made me feel at ease. He made me feel like I was important and not just some other customer. He was also very patient (and car salesmen should be!) with all my questions and I had a lot! I never felt like he was rolling his eyes or running out of patience. We first contacted the Pathway dealership through the Hyundai web-site. Jenna responded very promptly. We met her to see the Elantra and go for a test drive. We were very pleased with the whole process. We will return to Pathway when it is time to replace our other vehicle. More
I brought my 2007 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change early this week and a written estimate on parts and labour for a new factory stereo (an installer had scratched the old one). I had called the previous week to speak to the parts dept about the cost of a replacement radio. The person I spoke to insisted that the car would have to be brought in and the radio removed so that the correct radio could be ordered... and that I'd have to live without a radio for a time. Weird - hence the -4- for Customer Service. The oil change was completed quickly... but the price was $60! Either they charge too much for an oil change or they performed some other service without informing me. In either case, this is why Price gets a -4-. More
We bought a used car from Pathway Hyundai, and we drove in from Toronto to get it. They really pulled out all the stops to make things happen quickly, called them Friday, during the day, and they had it in from Toronto to get it. I was a little apprehensive about making a deal sight unseen over the phone. I wanted to make sure the vehicle was as expected when we showed up. It was better than expected, and the service was great. Super happy with the whole process totally worth the drive to Ottawa. Price was great, that was the reason we made the trip. Well super happy with everything once somebody returned my calls. They almost lost the sale initially, as we first spoke to Derek Kilburn a couple weeks earlier. I contact him several times by e-mail and phone, but he would not return my calls. We ended up dealing with Ron, and Paul Gordon, and both of them were great. They would get a full 5 out of 5 in all categories, if not for the initial dealings with Derek. Thanks again. More

Great service : I have a financial hiccup. I wasn't sure if i could finance a car. I had tried other dealers but with no luck. My brother got in touch whit Stephane Pare at Pathway Hyundai and Stephane had if i could finance a car. I had tried other dealers but with no luck.
