We had a great experience when we were shopping for a SUV. Everytime we went into Pathway we were greeted with smiles from everyone. I purchased a 2010 Sonata at Pathway Hyundai in November 2009. My first scheduled maintenance service visit was somewhat ok, however, I have not had a pleasant experience with Pathway Hyundai service since. 2009. Is it just me or are others asked to replace their famous cabin filters every visit (at $79 a pop). Is it only me or has Pathway Hyundai charged others over $900.00 for rear brake service at 48k maintenance visit. claiming that current brake conditions were a hazard. There many more situations / observations and concerns that have with Pathway Hyundai... but will save for another day. Is it just a coincidence that all reviews that I have seen posted on the Pathway site list the reason for vist as "Sales New or used".... Where are the service reviews? All was fun and pleasant with this dealership until the day I drove my Sonata off the lot. I was not prepared for the maintenance service experience that followed. Stay tuned... More
