Bought new winter tires (Michelin X-Ice Snow) for my 2022 Kona and 6 weeks one of the walls split during the cold snap. I live in the west end, work downtown, and will only deal with Pathway. Have had bad experiences with other dealers service departments, so I can be a bit jumpy. Emailed Gareth about the issue, he gave me the lowdown but needed to get my tire fixed asap since I drive so much. Brought it in this morning, Matt and Gareth calmed me down, got a temporary set on while they order a new set of mine to replace the split walled set and had me out of there in under an hour. These people are the best experience with a car dealership I have had and they impress me time and time again. From the conversation I had with Matt and Gareth the service department has a genuine culture of wanting to solve problems and help people. Buy the team there a coffee or 10 next time you are in - They work hard, so it's the least they deserve. More
My 2013 Santa-Fe purchased from Myers died and Myers wouldn't help us at all. They wouldn't even do the work to get us a loaner when they were supposed to and lied to us about what they could do to help wouldn't help us at all. Not only did Pathway get our car after Hyundai Canada stepped in but Pathway had the organization, system, processes, and give-a-xxxx-about-Hyundai-drivers to help us out. Not only did they help us out - they got the engine in the car THE DAY THEY GOT THE CAR. Gareth called us immediately when they received the vehicle - Myers didn't even tell us what was going on. Gareth followed-up with us repeatedly throughout the entire process and made us go from never driving a Hyundai again and having the worst customer service experience ever thanks to Myers - to knowing we will buy Hyundai in the future - and only dealing with Pathway (my 2022 Kona is going into service at Pathway in 2 weeks for new tires and a winter tune-up!) We should have bought the 3 Hyundai cars we've purchased the last decade from this dealer - but we will be getting all of our cars serviced here and working with them on our next vehicle in the future. We live all the way across Ottawa but I will make the trek to deal with Pathway going forward. I know they will take care of me. Thank you Pathway for being awesome (no joke!). Raphael helped us out today when we picked up our Santa-Fe and it runs like a dream. More
Listened to my concerns and was very mindful of them. Delivered my vehicle at promised. Vehicle was clean however a couple small dents were missed in the vehicle prep and will be taken care of. Les premiers paiement de notre véhicule neuf ont passé le 27 septembre et ils ont pris 2 paiement étant donnée que le concessionnaire avait mis la date de début des paiements le 2 septembre 2022 (je n’avais meme pas le véhicule encore). Ils ont avoués que c’était leur erreur mais qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire! La seule chose qu’ils ont fait c’est me dire : c’est parce qu’on a une employée en formation. Je ne crois pas que sa excuse la situation. Pour le montant de la balloune de mon ancien véhicule , ils ont pris le montant en date du 20 septembre et non pas du 2 septembre. Ce qui fait que j’ai payée pour 2 véhicules pendant ce temps … TRÈS décu. Lorsquils font une erreur ils ne font rien pour nous aider. Je ne recommenderai ce concessionnaire à personne ! Ce qui me désole puisque le service de vente était #1. More
I wouldn’t call it the best experience ever. I leased a car from them. Luckily i read the lease contract before signing it as they increased the rates from the initial offer they gave me. Then part of the deal was for them to give me a free oil change and pay for SiriusXM for 1 year. After being in person there 2 times, call them 5 times there was not follow up from them. Now after 3 months this is still not fixed! More
