Horrible service, the only decent thing about this place was my seller, once papers were signed i got ignored for all things that were supossed to be fixed prior to picking up my new (used) car, 6 weeks lat was my seller, once papers were signed i got ignored for all things that were supossed to be fixed prior to picking up my new (used) car, 6 weeks later and those problems the were promised to be fixed before receiving the car still hasnt been fixed, i finally had an appointement to get this all fixed today and after dropping off my car they call me to say no issues have been fixed and the parts havent been received yet, this issue was supossbed to be fixed almost 2 months ago. trying to contact customer service is horrible, cannot reach anyone and when you leave a voicemail they do not call you back or answer your emails. knowing all this i never would of bought a car at this location, i would of brought my services elsewhere.. i am very dissapointed in this service. all they care about is commision and the rest you are on your own. We purchased an Ioniq this year and were offered no choice of options or colors. Shortly after buying the car, the tire repair kit leaked oil all over the back trunk and we were promised that a new tir choice of options or colors. Shortly after buying the car, the tire repair kit leaked oil all over the back trunk and we were promised that a new tire repair kit would be forthcoming and that the mat would be cleaned. It has been over 5 weeks since this took place and we have yet to hear that the replacement tire repair kit was in and the back trunk mat has not been cleaned. We are not happy with the way our case was handled. More
