Please understand that I am embarrassed to be this guy but unfortunately after I drove my Sonata off the lot at Pathway Hyundai after purchase, I have never had a pleasant experience at this dealership. but unfortunately after I drove my Sonata off the lot at Pathway Hyundai after purchase, I have never had a pleasant experience at this dealership. My personal impression has been... got the sale... get the service dollars at all cost! For this reason, I have been wondering if it's just my experience??? . Is it only me or does Pathway Hyundai charge everyone excessive dollar amounts for manufacturer recommended services for Hyundai vehicles. Just wondering... . Is it only me or has Pathway Hyundai charged others over $900.00 for rear brake service at 48k maintenance visit. claiming that current brake conditions were a hazard. Just wondering... . Is it only me or has Pathway Hyundai promised others to provide maintenance service at no charge, however when invoice was reviewed, you were in fact charged for that service. Fyi. review your Pathway Hyundai service invoices! . Is it only me or has Pathway Hyundai promised others to provide maintenance service at no charge only to find out from their own service personnel that the promised maintenance service was never performed. . Is it only me or has anyone ever experienced walking into the Pathway Hyundai service counter and encountering a customer having a heated discussion with a Pathway Hyundai service advisor. I'm thinking Red Flag!! . Is it only me or have others experienced that when paying the exhorbent fee at checkout the attendant either has an "I'm sorry" look in her eyes, or will not look at you straight in the eyes. . This is my second purchase from Pathway because their after sales service is also as great as their sales team. The service team has been great over the last 7 years with my first car. Jason, Stephane an after sales service is also as great as their sales team. The service team has been great over the last 7 years with my first car. The main reason i have given the rating i did was we had bought a car there two years and were having nothing but problems with the car time and time again. We went in and spoke with Dane, he had set us up bought a car there two years and were having nothing but problems with the car time and time again. We went in and spoke with Dane, he had set us up with Gord to look at getting us into a car in which we would be happier. after test driving a few different vehicles and working with us to get the best possible price while going over and above to make sure we were not walking away feeling unhappy or ripped off. I have owned over 6 different cars in the past 10 years and have dealt with 10 different dealerships across ottawa and not 1 person has ever given the level of customer service Gord has. I plan to tell everyone I talk to about Gord and to make sure people go and see him for a new car. More
