This is the 2nd Elantra I have purchased from Pathway Hyundai and there was no question that I was going back to Pathway when I was ready to trade in my car. I went in to Pathway Hyundai a few weeks ago and test drove a few cars. I then went to check out a few other brands and while I liked some of them, I ultimately came back to get the Elantra GT at Pathway drove a few cars. I then went to check out a few other brands and while I liked some of them, I ultimately came back to get the Elantra GT at Pathway. The other dealers, knowing it was my first car, took advantage of that fact and added a lot of extra fees. I really liked the Elantra and how the sales person treated me. I felt like I was getting the best deal possible and never felt pressured. Darrell (the salesman) made sure I got all the perks possible out of the deal and I drove away feeling very satisfied with the purchase, and to this day I still don’t have any inklings of buyer’s remorse. The after-sales service from the salesman was really good too; he called me the day after and the following week just to see if I was still enjoying the car. I thought that was a nice touch as most sales man just make the sale and move on. I did my research before buying the car and there’s a reason why Pathway is ranked one of the best dealerships in Ottawa. I usually never write reviews but felt compelled to in this case.
