I still had about a year and a half worth of payments left on my 2006 Pontiac G6 GT. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle but was curious about what options I had available. I reached out to Darrell and told him a bit about my situation; he invited me to meet with him so we could discuss things further. Darrell gave me some great options, including eliminating the remaining balance on my existing vehicle, and found me something I really was pleased with. The vehicle I ended up with, 2013 Sonata GLS, is exactly what I was looking for; I just needed to find it and have the situation unfold a specific way. Pathway Hyundai was able to meet my specific criteria for changing from my existing vehicle and at no time did I feel pressured to decide immediately. We took a reasonable amount of time (3 days) to consider the decision and reached a very fair agreement in the end. I greatly appreciate the way in which Darrell approached the entire experience; from a consultative, supportive position. I recently purchased a used Hyundai Sonata from Pathway Hyundai. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The salesman that I dealt with, Darrel Turner, was a friendly and welcoming one. We even had the sales manager come out and introduce himself which is something that has never happened to us. Another thing that we found was a nice touch was the fact that they let us take the car for the afternoon. It is often very hard to tell from a 5 minute drive whether you're happy with the car, and Darrell understood that. He let us leave our car and go run our errands with the potential car. Great added service! Overall we had exceptional service at Pathway Hyundai from Mr. Turner. This is our second purchase from this dealership and with the service the way it is, we are bound to return. More

This is the 2nd Elantra I have purchased from Pathway Hyundai and there was no question that I was going back to Pathway when I was ready to trade in my car. I went in to Pathway Hyundai a few weeks ago and test drove a few cars. I then went to check out a few other brands and while I liked some of them, I ultimately came back to get the Elantra GT at Pathway drove a few cars. The other dealers, knowing it was my first car, took advantage of that fact and added a lot of extra fees. I really liked the Elantra and how the sales person treated me. I felt like I was getting the best deal possible and never felt pressured. Darrell (the salesman) made sure I got all the perks possible out of the deal and I drove away feeling very satisfied with the purchase, and to this day I still don’t have any inklings of buyer’s remorse. The after-sales service from the salesman was really good too; he called me the day after and the following week just to see if I was still enjoying the car. I thought that was a nice touch as most sales man just make the sale and move on. I did my research before buying the car and there’s a reason why Pathway is ranked one of the best dealerships in Ottawa. I usually never write reviews but felt compelled to in this case. After a terrible experience at Hunt Club Hyundai, it was a pleasure to deal with the team at Pathway.
