He told me that he went for a test drive with a SUV and was very surprised by its power. After weeks of shopping around, we decided to visit your dealership. We were very impressed, specially after visiting so many dealerships we could compare the difference. We have given you an excellent rating because of the difference in the approach of your sales representatives. Our Sales Representative was Julian Ferrara. He was very polite, explaining all the options, we felt absolutely no pressure in buying that day. He also invited us to visit the workshop, offered coffee, we felt that he was working for us, and making sure we were satisfied. Then we went back a few times and every time there was always something that made our choice easier because of the way we were treated, we knew then, that we had made the right choice. I must mention that one day we went to your dealer and our sales representative Julian was not working that day (our mistake), so we decided to leave and another sales representative asked us if he could help us (we don't remember his name, but we would recognize him, or maybe Julian would know). . We told him it was ok, we would come another day, and he said it would be his pleasure to help us. He told us that all the sales representatives work together as a team, and they help each other. He went in the pouring rain, got us the SUV we wanted to buy, and stayed in the rain chatting with us. That was very nice. With that kind of service for the sale of a car, it tells you that the "after sale" service will be the same, and that is very important. We've had the SUV for about 2 weeks and we enjoy it more and more. Thank you!!!! More

We walked into the dealership and were immediately greeted by Julian. Right from the start he was very friendly and took the time to answer all the questions we had. He took the time even though we told him we weren't looking to buy just yet. We ended taking a Tuscon for a test drive and he showed us everything it had to offer, from convenience to performance. At no point did he become "that pushy salesman" that we had the opportunity to meet at other dealerships. The experience caused us change our minds and to buy now. The next day we went back and received the same friendly service. Julian and Ian made the entire buying process smooth and easy. I will be looking to trade in my car in a year or so and will definitely be going back to Pathway. The service we received was better than I've had with previous car purchases. More

Derek was courteous, friendly, and NEVER pushy at any time. Most dealerships that we've gone to in the past, have either looked the other way or take tend not to take us serious due to our younger age. Yet Derek immediately introduced himself, and allowed us to express what we needed, rather than to push for a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. Derek was able to get us a brand new vehicle with everything we wanted, while still accounting for our budget. There was never a moment that we felt pressured, and he was always willing to go over every single detail that we requested. Knowing that we were without a vehicle due to our accident, he even went as far as making sure we would have the car ready 2 days after we signed for the sale. What really shows the type of character Derek is; he had even gone out of his way to drive from Orleans to St-Laurent, to be able to provide everything that was promised at the time of pickup. He has since then called on several occasions to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.This was THE BEST experience we have ever had, and he has just earned a returning customer. She explained all financial aspects in full detail and was able to secure us with all the necessary coverage's needed without going over our budget.
