She clearly explained the various service package options available and the service diagnostics for my Elantra so that I could make an informed decision. I also appreciated her keeping me informed of progress in the repair shop and reviewing the invoice with me before payment. All in all, it was an excellent service experience, extending also to the lovely lady who processed my invoice and the gentlemen who provide shuttle service in a very efficient manner. Thank you! The service at this dealer is terrible I purchased a vehicle from them 7 years ago and only lasted 3 services appointment and then changed to another dealership for rest of service same old problems service stinks More
