It was pouring rain, cold but Kemar took his time with us, showed us 4 vehicles, test drove 2. He was in and out of the rain, he made sure to explain everything giving us options. Unfortunately on pick up the car was not detailed or cleaned properly. Kemar was on it. He cleaned the vehicle along with bringing it back for proper cleaning. I was pleased with his.effort and professionalism. He spent time to make sure i understood the car and was comfortable. Ian and Lisa were also very helpful. Thank you to your team!! More

I was allowed to try the car on my own prior to buying it and all qu I bought a 2017 Santa Fee XL and I dealt with Jerry. It was a great experience. Great service I had an emergency with my 2016 Elantra GLS car. I called in Monday at 7 am and spoke to someone whom got me an appointment that's day but also told m I had an emergency with my 2016 Elantra GLS car. I called in Monday at 7 am and spoke to someone whom got me an appointment that's day but also told me that it could take 24/48 which I was ok with because I really needed my car fix. They call me the next day at 10 or 11 o'clock and said that they were done and I could come and pick it up. Although it was a small problem and easily fixable it was great to have the job done so fast. Thanks More

She is knowledgeable, personable, and works to meets customer needs. She maintains communication with you while your vehicle is undergoing surgery. She was able to arrange a pickup at home outside the regular client transport service hours. I also like that she has a good relationship with the technicians and mechanics - she is able to easily liaise with the shop to get you quick answers. Andre - licensed mechanic. My first choice for required maintenance. I showed up last-minute with s major issue with my vehicle. He took the time to ride in the vehicle, understand the issue, arrange for available parts, and was able to squeeze my vehicle in for repair the same day. He works quickly; took less than the typical time to perform a repair to my vehicle's powertrain. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, Louisa- explaining what's wrong with your vehicle while booking appointments couldn't be easier with Louisa. Everytime I visit, I am met with courtesy and a smile, from the front desk receptionists to the service personnel and anyone in between! My 2016 Santa Fe Sport underwent its 1st Spring Maintenance and all went well; Brigit met me at the entrance and took swift control of the process. She was efficient and asked me when it would be convenient for me to pick up the car. It was nice to be asked, instead of being told, when it would be ready! The service took less time than anticipated and Brigit phoned me to offer me a lift back to the shop by shuttle. that was a nice touch! When I arrived and paid my bill, I was happy to see that my precious Santa Fe was washed, as it always is after a service and that there was a gift on the front passenger seat, both of which I greatly appreciate. There was also a discount on tire storage for which I qualified, on top of the Service Special coupons I was sent. Another detail which I found especially useful, was the tag on the rear-view mirror, reminding me to adjust the lights and mirrors before I drive off; last Fall I hadn't reset my lights from the "Of"f to the "Auto" setting and that evening, drove in the dark until some motorist honked at me to get my attention that my lights were off!
