I should have slowed everything down and spoke to my brother or father before closing. I feel I had been lied to at several points. For example I thought my finance/lease rate was to be 2.49%, but the financial manager said no it was 2.99%. I saw on tv tonight that the rate is 2.49% for a Kona. More

There was an error in the length of the term of warranty that I purchased in which I purchased an additional 2 yrs to go with the remaining 2 yrs factory warranty however my contract stated only 3 yrs until expiration. Both my wife and I (seniors) were surprised that he was so patient and accommodating. At our age; it's easy to become overwhelmed with new information and technological changes in new vehicles. He explained everything in detail; and arranged for two test drives. The second was the vehicle we bought which was in the showroom. He had the car taken out of the dealership;;we were there in the evening; to allow us a test drive. Also; he left us his card and phone number to contact him with any questions we might have. His sincerity was genuine. Not sure if it's in his best interest to mention this;;; he did manage to get us a bit of a discount; for which we were very grateful Hopefully this will not be a negative for Chris;;; because we highly recommend Pathway Hyundai mainly because of our experience with him I'm a retired Medical Doctor; my wife a nurse; and we were both very impressed.
