Customer service is bad I bought Hyundai Elantra in 2018 and I was buying gt this time for my wife in April but I am so turned off by their after sale service. I got new winter tire with my vechile and I started using them at end of November 2018. One of the tires went flat yesterday as it met a tiny pothole in Orleans. I went to nearest Mr lube this morning and they told me there is a tiny hole in tire and it can’t be fixed. I called pathway and told them what happened and I was told sorry tires are not under warranty you need to buy a new one. Come on! Don’t make everything about money. If I spent thousand of dollars and was planning to spend a few more in a month time then spending another $100 or so shouldn’t be an issue for me but you guys need to stop mis selling your client for a sale. My wife and I really like the associate Zina who sold this car and we went back to her couple of weeks ago to let her know that we’d be surely coming back to buy another one from her in March/April but things just got changed because of the customer service. We will have to consider Honda or Corolla. At lest their tires would be solid enough to take a tiny hit! More

I would recommend Marisa in a heart beat to anyone looking to buy a new car as she will listen to what you are looking for and give you options to fit your needs. More

DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I had purchased 2 cars from Paythway Hyundai over the previous two years and had okay experiences went to buy a car for my Son and one for my Husband, I had purchased 2 cars from Paythway Hyundai over the previous two years and had okay experiences went to buy a car for my Son and one for my Husband, we were dealing with a new young man who was being mentored by Devin Desmarais. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and actually disrespectfully. I am a very easy going kind hearted person who always purchases my cars new, but ended up going and purchasing two vehicles elsewhere from people that treated my the way customers should be treated , not like a queen but with full respect. My Car that was purchased previously brand new from Pathway Hyundai came with multiple problems and had to go back to the shop for repairs and my daughters car purchased there was the same, but the other cars purchased elsewhere have not had one problem. I RECOMMEND ANY DEALER BUT PATHWAY HYUNDAI More

Good experience & service, but My spouse and I had both our Hyundai vehicles (2012 & 2017) scheduled for an oil change/recall. When I booked the appointments, I spoke to Janice and My spouse and I had both our Hyundai vehicles (2012 & 2017) scheduled for an oil change/recall. When I booked the appointments, I spoke to Janice and explained that I wanted my vehicle done first and that I would be around to wait for it and then we would bring my spouse's vehicle which had a recall and we would drive away with mine. All this went fine and it was ready on time as discussed. Both our vehicles were washed and we appreciated this very much as they were very dirty from slush., My personal settings (radio, time, …) in my Santa Fe were all OK with the exception of *my automatic headlights & my seat setting*. For my spouse this time her vehicle was returned with all her personal settings OK. The previous time she had maintenance done (2012 model) all her settings were changed, ie: radio, clock, seat, etc.... The personnel at Pathway are courteous and friendly. We will return for our vehicle maintenance and plan on returning for future vehicle purchase. We spoke to Keith and gave him our preferences as we are looking for a used 2018 Sonata. Keith mentioned that he would give our info to a sales person and they would call us the next day. So far, no news if they have located a used vehicle that matches our preferences, we are still looking but in no rush. More

While the Kona ev I went to check out on Hyundai/Kia EV models today. I was greeted by Marisa. I found her very knowledgeable on Hyundai ev vehicles. While the Kona ev was not yet available, she was kind enough to have me try the Ioniq. She also gave me the brochure of the upcoming Kona EV Participant Guide and of the 2019 Ioniq. The Participant Guide was very useful and I will keep it on my Reference Shelf while I wait for her call to testdrive the upcoming Kona EV.
