All discussions were business like but extremely cordial and pleasant. In the end, I was an extremely happy customer. As well, the Honda Fit is outstanding car that gets great mileage. Subsequently, I drove a couple of weeks later over to Parkway Honda to have my snow tires mounted on my new car. I almost passed out when he presented me with the price of the car. I could not fathom such a large discount. Both Mike and Sasha have been abundantly patient and understanding, and have had a wonderful sense of humour throughout this whole process which I’m sure we did not make any easier with multiple test drives and other frivolities. We occupied Mike for a very large part of an afternoon and evening, which I know must have been troublesome for him. Yet not even a hint of complaint. Their efforts to find the right car, and then for Sasha to drive out to Hamilton to get it, were nothing short of incredible. If a salesman is taking the better part of day driving out to pick up a car, he’s not selling, and I know what that sacrifice means. Your organization has been very well represented by Mike and Sasha, and others (the used car manager, whose name escapes me, is to be congratulated no less than the others).
