My 2010 Civic had some nasty scratches on the body, so I was looking for a relatively pricey solution for fixing for the damage. After visiting several dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised at the Parkway Honda when Andre Skrleji inspected my car, gave a clear and detailed description of what needs to be done, and presented different alternatives with good price quotes for each of the options. I was very pleased with the end result of the repair, and will definitely go back to the Parkway Honda after receiving such a friendly and professional service. More

Although our conversation was short, it was enough to give me an idea of what kind of customer service Parkway Honda has. My conversation with Paul was very casual. He is good, not because he is dealing with a customer and that he is obliged to appear nice as what his position as a manager calls for, but he is good because he doesn't have the usual characteristic most dealers have. He appeared and talked very natural and without any pretense. More power to Parkway Honda! More

My Lexus lease is coming due in a few weeks so I have done some shopping around on-line. I wanted to check out a V6 Accord Coupe or Crosstour, take it for a test drive. Went into the showroom to look around, opened doors, sat in cars, yet no one, not one person acknowledged my presence or helped me out. I was there for a good half an hour. I couldn't even find a brochure until I was on my way out. I couldn't believe the lack of service. Clearly a Honda will not be my next vehicle! They bent over backwards for me at Lexus so they will continue to get my business. More

I called up the dealership and booked an appointment with Josh. Me and wife went to meet up with Josh. With already a biased opinion about the guy, we were actually not let down. Josh was a true gentleman, made us comfortable and rest of the process went smoothly. From my perspective, its rare to find such an honest Salesperson in these days. I will highly recommend Josh. Cheers, Kaustubh PS: The only suggestion for improvement for the dealership is to do paperwork more gingerly so as to avoid inconvenience to the customer. That's the reason for scoring little low on the quality of work. More
I got my 2012 CRV on May 2012. Kyle Trumble is a wonderful salesman. He is very helpful and I can call him any time when I have questions about the CRV. I was looking to purchase my first car in Canada. I went to other car company dealerships and although I did not have any specific car in mind, what swayed my decision to go for a Honda was the no pres went to other car company dealerships and although I did not have any specific car in mind, what swayed my decision to go for a Honda was the no pressure approach that Bryn took. It basically told me that Honda knew what they were worth and will not resort to pressure selling pitches. The experience was consistent with Paul's approach in explaining the extended warranty and the other services available. Every paper that I signed was explained. It was great and hassle free, a few typos on the contract but they were corrected on the spot. This is the 2nd car we get from these guys, will be back for a 3rd one in a year or so. These guys revived my faith in Honda, I had an Acura before getting the new Honda and Acura customer service made me hate Acura and almost hate the parent company Honda as a result. More
