I enjoyed the experience, I did not feel pressured. Josh was able to answer all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find someone who did. I appreciated that he came in on a day he didn't normally work so I could get my car before the weekend. My one concern was that he did return my call on the same day that I left a message to call me with the date I could pick up the car.
