My previous car was a Honda Civic, which I had for 12 years. As it was time to look for a 'new' car, I researched a number of Honda (and other brand) dealerships in the GTA - in person and on line. Unf years. As it was time to look for a 'new' car, I researched a number of Honda (and other brand) dealerships in the GTA - in person and on line. Unfortunately, the dealerships and sales associates I met were aggressive and treated me as a potential sale rather than as a potential customer - no one answered my questions directly, there was little room to negotiate, and more importantly, I was not ready to hand my money over if I was not satisfied as a customer. I walked away from two Honda dealerships, one Acura dealership (looking at a used Honda), and had to re-iterate to a sales associate at Mercedes that I would not be moving forward with them. Any ways, I was visiting a friend one day, whose neighbor walked by. In our friendly chat, this neighbor indicated that she had bought a new car. We then lamented about the process of buying a car. However, she also indicated that she had received some exceptional service from a particular Honda sales associate. I have to say I wasn't too impressed as I did not think that purchasing a car really could be that easy. The day after I walked away from a third dealership, I went back online to research cars. There was a gently used Honda Fit for sale. I remembered my conversation with that neighbor and decided to call Parkway Honda and speak with Bernie Shum. My initial phone call took on a different tone - Bernie was professional and we had a conversation rather than the "what's-your-name-give-me-your-number-and when-can-you-come-in-because-the-car-will-not-stay-on-the-lot-for-long" spiel I was used to. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. I had an unusual request - I wanted to test drive the Honda Fit but because I had sold my old car and there was a tradesman on my property, I requested that it be brought to my nearby condo so I could drive it around in my neighborhood. After consulting with his manager, we booked a time for him to bring the car to my place. I recall Bernie ended the phone call with "I will do my best to sell you a car". I loved the Fit and we negotiated a deal in the comfort of my own home. When I made my offer, Bernie made it clear that he was working with me, and for me, to get me what I wanted and to make the experience as stress-free as possible. On top of that, there was a form that Bernie took the time to go BACK to the dealership for and bring to me (he also drove a different car later that day as he didn't want to drive 'my' car back). Oh and to add a bit more detail, all this happened on Monday - and I was leaving on Thursday for three weeks. Although this was a time-sensitive deal, Bernie ensured all of it was possible for me. He also patiently answered all my questions when I was signing the final papers. The evening I picked up my car, I actually had to go back because there was a funny noise in the back of the Fit. Although Bernie was with a customer, he had his manager, Ayden Chamanchi, come to help me. I didn't need to repeat my concern as Bernie had handled all that. Ayden drove the car with me and troubleshooted the simple issue. He also offered a follow up appointment in case I wanted to have the car thoroughly looked at (I declined as I was more than satisfied that it was resolved). To end this note, I can say I received the best customer service I have ever experienced. We are all consumers at one time or another - and the employees I worked with seemed to realize this. The whole experience was professional, trustworthy, and genuine. Furthermore, I appreciate the integrity of the staff I worked with. My thanks to Bernie and Ayden for appreciating my business -their exceptional service made me feel like I didn't spend any money at all. More

Nothing can i ask more on how Paolo assist me in purchasing my new car in canada.
