Great Price,,,Great Service I have bought my last 2 cars from Geoff Zobl . The first one was a 2010 PT Cruiser 5 years ago and the 2nd one was a new 2015 Dodge Journey last week. I have bought my last 2 cars from Geoff Zobl . The first one was a 2010 PT Cruiser 5 years ago and the 2nd one was a new 2015 Dodge Journey last week. Both Geoff and Mike Gervais were very helpful in getting me the car I wanted with the options I wanted at a great price. They were courteous and very professional. Both men followed through in getting me a Sirius satellite radio installed as part of the deal. I was also given a fair price on my trade in. We had a handshake on the deal within 90 minutes of me stepping onto the lot. The actual negotiations took 5 minutes to complete with both of us giving a little to arrive at a deal. Most important was the feeling of trust I got from both men. They make you feel really appreciated and truly valued as as customer. I definitely would recommend them to any person who is looking for a quality vehicle at a great price. More

very good experience we had a life style change and need to changed 1 of our cars to accommodate our change so we went Ottawa dodge based on what we heard and read about t we had a life style change and need to changed 1 of our cars to accommodate our change so we went Ottawa dodge based on what we heard and read about the dealership online and from a friend .. and that is when we met Mike T has to be one of the most honest and straightforward sales person we have ever met .. we had a tight budget and a a small car to convert into a mid size S U V that had to tow our utility trailer back and forth to our camp ... Mike got to work right away and it was very hot that day but he made us feel right at home there while he went out in that heat and searched for some options for us in lot once he found one he would go have it plated and start and brought to the sales door for us to test drive .... really I felt like I did not have a worry in the world and we ended up with a 2011 dodge journey and we love it ... but when we look back on that day the thing that really stands out in my mind is not just the suv but it's Mike and how he made this life change such and easy thing to do .... we have bought a total of 9 cars and trucks in the past 24 months we had some good sales people .... This was not our first time dealing with Ottawa Dodge, as we purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Ram pick-up truck two years ago.for my husband. This time it was my turn to get something newer than my 1998 Jimmy. I love my Ford Edge and was especially pleased with the detailing of the vehicle both inside and out.
