A little history before the good story I bought a 2013 Rubicon from Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The bad experiences started when I had to visit their service department. I had a squeakin I bought a 2013 Rubicon from Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The bad experiences started when I had to visit their service department. I had a squeaking noise coming from the engine area, which lasted over a year. Two of the last times I took my Jeep in to Dilawri to have the seals changed for a roof leak, I mentioned the squeaking sound coming from under the hood. Brought the Jeep in twice and both times they told me they heard absolutely nothing. So on the 26th of May, 2016 I brought my Jeep to another dealership to have them listen to the sound and book an appointment to bring it in. That's when I decided to go to Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat on St Laurent Blvd. At this point I was tired of hearing the sound and afraid of the damage this ongoing issue may cause. Charles Dinelle of Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat on St. Laurent, heard the noise immediately and booked me in for the following Monday. Guess what?! My water pump needed to be replaced, so they replaced it. On top of that they offer better shuttle service and they washed the outside of my Jeep. Can't get better customer service than that. I will definitely keep visiting them and will also buy my next vehicle there. I definitely recommend this location. More

This sales associate is exactly what I expected of customer service excellence. A man of his word and integrity that is very rare in this industry. He and the staff there made my dream of owning the exact jeep I wanted a reality.They did everything they could to find the jeep I wanted but ended up factory ordering it. They said 4-6 weeks and guess what?..it was 6 weeks and I was in it,not the three months and it didn't even hit the factory floor yet I got at the other place.They even surprised me and got my big rims and tires on!! I highly recommend these guys! More

He went straight to the point, explained to me what car I can get into and answered ALL my questions without sugar coating the facts. I never felt any pressure from Herby, he listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a car. He never was biased, his opinions were base on my interests only. His expertise helped me in making my finale decision and I can say I'm truly happy with the Chrysler 200. I strongly recommend Ottawa Dodge to anybody that has credit issues or not. They actually DO listen.Thanks again guys!!!! More
