Take the car to get snow tires on and find out Tire was leaking air. Log nuts were stripped and come to find out there was an issue where the car shouldn't have passed safety. HORRIBLE Service! I wish I had read reviews before buying from Ottawa Dodge. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 1 month ago. To begin with the pick up. My wife and I waited 2 ho I wish I had read reviews before buying from Ottawa Dodge. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 1 month ago. To begin with the pick up. My wife and I waited 2 hours for the truck (when they called us in the first place to come in since it was ready) they didn't know why we were there our which truck we had purchased. They literally had no idea what was going on. They had lost the KEYS! Yes the KEYS. Employees were just standing there as we were waiting alone and not knowing what was taking so long. Once we finally got the keys the truck was not well washed, missing wheel lock nuts, tunnel cover and was empty on fuel (all things we paid for). I installed his own license plates because the persons working didn't know how. I think we can all agree that we weren't off at a good start. Be careful for what you pay for! We got the nitrogen filled tires with the wheel lock nuts and we were told that this package would guarantee us if anything were to happen with the wheels it would be completely covered. We mentioned the day after pick up that there was a wheel not holding it's air, they never checked them and now only a month later I noticed that this whole time it was a nail in the tire. I brought it in today to get it serviced (they did not mention any price or anything about me paying) when we got there it was a 325$ bill for a new tire? What about the warranty??! There is currently under 3000 Kms only owned it for approximately 1 month if even, decided I would leave a review after I see what kind of service they offer hoping they would regain our customer satisfaction. All in all 1 star review feeling very generous. DO NOT buy here, completely regret my choice in location and safe to say I won't be buying from here EVER again. More

When she went to get into her van she notice right away that she requested dark seating and the vehicle had cream color seats. She was excited to get the vehicle so as they were not cloth she decided it was ok. The salesman said he had missed the training on this vehicle so he didn't know anything about it but she could read up on it, as it was close to closing time and didn't have time to help her figure out the options. Sunday i went for ride with her and i said to her you didn't get the dark seats? No they said it want available with the dark paint, but i knew one of the reasons she pick this van was for the built in vaccum as they have a service dog for her finacee who suffers from ptsd and 3 children with one on the way. I looked around and said where is the vaccum i thought it was beside the rear driver side door. We looked want around then realized she didn't get the model she wanted at all. She was upset because she specifically asked for the vaccum, even when the salesman said you either get the vaccum or donut tire and she told him she would never change the tire herself and wanted the vaccum because the size of their family. Monday morning came and her finance went to the dealership to pick up something for his new truck and told them that they didn't get the model van they wanted. The salesman basically called my daughter a liar saying she never requested the vaccum or dark interior. We were all very upset and they basically said she accepted the vehicle when she drive it away so they wouldn't do anything. More
