My review regarding Joe at first was very nice but when it came time to picking up our new vehicle was rude and errigant. This message is regarding Decio and Joe. - we were told the plates would be taken care of by the dealership which they were but not realizing that the plates from the vehicle I had traded where the plates that they were using were used..As the vehicle was plated Quebec and no longer in my name the day the journey was ready I was not able to receive a SAAQ permit plate. with no being provided with this information I was not able to pick up my new vehicle. So the next morning I had driven in the vehicle that was no longer in my name as I had no other way of getting into Ottawa to pick up my new vehicle nor get to work. I drove the avenger into the dealership plated as a journey but plated to my avenger. My cosigner then commented that the fact that we had someone drive us in to pick up our new vehicle after work (8:39pm) that he had not ate .. Joe then proceeded to stated neither did he. This is a customer service oriented business. I too work in a customer service oriented business, I would never state or compare my situation to a customer and I deal with customers that make considerably less amount purchases. More
