One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever endured If I was able to post this review without having to click a star, I would have. From the time I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a xxxx If I was able to post this review without having to click a star, I would have. From the time I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a xxxx salesman by the name of Mike Leblanc. He came off as a know-it-all, and he was VERY condescending to my wife to the point where I asked to go on the test drive without him. When we came back, we were introduced to the Sales Manager Decio. He thought it would be "cool" to drop a couple of F bombs during his introduction, not too mention he verbally assaulted another salesman right in front of us. After seeing just about enough, we told Mike that we were not comfortable and that we were going to leave. Decio came over very aggressively and asked "where are you guys going?" I told him that we were not interested in doing business with this dealership. He then just turned around and went up to his desk and muttered something under his breath. We then made our way to Southbank, where we massed our purchase within 30 mins, because they know how to treat people spending 60,000$. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The sales manager is stuck in 1986, and has no concept of people skills. That's my two cents, I love my new truck and I love Southbank Dodge. More
