Dilshan (Who sold me my Dodge Journey last year) asked how I liked the veh I came in to say hello and thank you for the b-day wishes sent via e-mail.. Dilshan (Who sold me my Dodge Journey last year) asked how I liked the vehicle thus far.. While I was happy with my purchase, he knew I really wanted a truck and couldn't get into one at the time when I looked into a vehicle last year around the same time.. He took the opportunity of my being there to inform me of depreciation value on cars vs trucks, and that there were some used trucks on the lot that could fit within my budget... After checking them out, and being pleased with the affordability, as well as the depreciation comparison, I gave the all clear to look into finances.. I'm now a happy owner of a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 extended cap with plenty of room for all my various needs... I'm so pleased that I went as far as to buy these guys some ice cream on their hot day last I was there.. ;D Special thanks to Joe for kindly putting the paperwork together, and Mike for being forth write, honest and understanding with my concerns as well as managing a great crew of people.. One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever endured If I was able to post this review without having to click a star, I would have. From the time I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a xxxx If I was able to post this review without having to click a star, I would have. From the time I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a xxxx salesman by the name of Mike Leblanc. He came off as a know-it-all, and he was VERY condescending to my wife to the point where I asked to go on the test drive without him. When we came back, we were introduced to the Sales Manager Decio. He thought it would be "cool" to drop a couple of F bombs during his introduction, not too mention he verbally assaulted another salesman right in front of us. After seeing just about enough, we told Mike that we were not comfortable and that we were going to leave. Decio came over very aggressively and asked "where are you guys going?" I told him that we were not interested in doing business with this dealership. He then just turned around and went up to his desk and muttered something under his breath. We then made our way to Southbank, where we massed our purchase within 30 mins, because they know how to treat people spending 60,000$. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The sales manager is stuck in 1986, and has no concept of people skills. That's my two cents, I love my new truck and I love Southbank Dodge. More

Referred by Luc I was referred by my friend Luc, i bought a used Mazda. The only reason i bought it here was because my friend has dealt here before but in the end i I was referred by my friend Luc, i bought a used Mazda. They went above and beyond, got me a paint pen, took out some scratches i never even mentioned and the car was as clean as a brand new one. More
