Years of mistakes Where do I begin? The finance manager lied to us when we went to buy the vehicle, but the issue was "fixed". Months of getting jerked around on a warr Where do I begin? The finance manager lied to us when we went to buy the vehicle, but the issue was "fixed". Months of getting jerked around on a warranty fix, which was "fixed" with a service credit. A sloppy job when the tires were changed, meaning the bolts to keep the wheels on my vehicle came loose says after the tires were changed, resulted in the manager supervising the "fixing" of the problem and realizing that only half of the job was done. And now, because I don't really have faith that the tire change will be done properly, I'm trying to get my tires out of storage. This was supposed to have been completed by Thursday at noon. Friday afternoon this still hadn't been completed, but it would be done by 4:30/5:00. Get to the dealership, and of course it still isn't done. 45 minutes later, the guy who was "searching" for our tires comes walking back onto the property with a grape popsicle. The lack of respect is ridiculous. I'm done wasting my time, and won't be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
