I bought a used car from them last October. when I tested drive, everything seemed fine. Only tires are pretty much worn. After I paid the deposit, signed the contract. They charged me extra $400 plu tested drive, everything seemed fine. Only tires are pretty much worn. After I paid the deposit, signed the contract. They charged me extra $400 plus tax for a new set of tire. But actually they have to change the tires regardless because otherwise the car won't pass safty test which I didn't know. Even worse, the new set of tire/brake is making squeaky noise that I couldn't even open the windows. I went back to them within 30 days, I was redirected to their service department. The first time, the service department told me it was fixed, but it wasn't. The second time, the service department told me because the parts they put on were after market not genuine, the noise are from the material of the parts. There is nothing they can do. I sent a complain to their customer relation department, got a reply from a senior director of sale department Michael Pearson promising me to help. But I waited, waited. It has been 4 months, nothing happened. I sent a email to him asking what was the status of this issue, no response. I have to spend my time and money to get it fixed. More
