Finally a positive experience at a car dealership! After several months and trips to closer Chrysler dealerships, we finally found exactly the vehicle we had been searching for on-line at Ottawa Dodge. After several months and trips to closer Chrysler dealerships, we finally found exactly the vehicle we had been searching for on-line at Ottawa Dodge. We were able to make an appointment to see Norm the same day and after test-driving the vehicle we were able to reach a satisfactory price very quickly. We had had bad experiences at some other dealerships, with waiting for hours while price negotiations went nowhere so were happy to have a quick positive experience at Ottawa Dodge. Norm was friendly, pleasant and the only sales rep we met to offer us coffee!! Take note other dealers! We were able to pick up our new vehicle 3 days later and have been very happy with it. More

She worked hard and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She ended up not only getting me financed but getting me the jeep of my dreams. Excellent follow-up service 3 months after purchase Purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in June 2014. Before delivery, the Dealership replaced the four wheel drive actuator. In September, attempted to Purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in June 2014. Before delivery, the Dealership replaced the four wheel drive actuator. In September, attempted to put transfer case into 4 Low, instead, got message that 4 WD system needs service. That afternoon, went to Dealership and spoke to Service Manager, he arranged an appointment to look into the matter. On the day of the appointment arrived early and was able to wait for the service to be done on the Jeep. I was pleasantly surprised when the Service Representative called my name when the work was completed. New parts and reprogramming of the computer had been done, at no cost to me. This is 3 months after having purchased the Jeep. Great follow-up service by Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Certainly recommend this Dealership for sales and service. More
