He has taken the time to answer the many questions that my wife and I have had. Even on the very busy days before New Years and the busy end of the year sales. I never felt rushed; he always had time for me. On that very cold, -20 day in early January, 2015, he transferred all the junk from the old car to the new car while we finished up with the financial people. He even took the time to transfer my wife's keys from the old to the new key chain. In fact, I found everyone that I dealt with on that day (actually in the days preceding as well), helpful and knowledgeable taking the time to make my wife and myself feel comfortable with the entire procedure.
