Purchase of my New Journey In Late Septe,ber 2014, we walked into this dealer on a Monday evening after having been to several other dealers over the past three months, includin In Late Septe,ber 2014, we walked into this dealer on a Monday evening after having been to several other dealers over the past three months, including nother Dodge, Ford Hyundai and Mitsubishi dealers. These folks, regardless of motivation, were the only ones hungry to make a sale. I negotiated several extras with them and was promptly surprised when they agreed to all of them! They provided me with workable solutions based on my needs and my wife and I were completely satisfied and could not say no,, Well done sales team! My only disappointment would be, in some aspects the sales person did not know the vehicle intimately, resulting in front license plate issues but this was quickly resolved once I located and mounted a license mounting bracket. Also no follow up from sales staff since the purchase, even after I sent an email of thanks. I did receive written correspondence from the Deale however. More
