In for an oil change, out with a car I didn't come in thinking I'd leave with a car but the excellent customer service, large inventory and good prices had me sold. Patient and professional I was in the market for swapping my relatively new Jeep EcoDiesel for my dream car. The jeep SRT. The staff at Ottawa dodge were very patient and f I was in the market for swapping my relatively new Jeep EcoDiesel for my dream car. The jeep SRT. The staff at Ottawa dodge were very patient and friendly and accommodating as it took me a while to decide which way i should go. Trade or not to trade in and UP. They let me decide over the course of 3 weeks even kept the same terms and conditions we had agreed to and honored all of their commitments. They were more than attentive and polite and never pushy at all. They understood that it's a big decision and were fine with whatever way I proceeded. They had returned my deposit and we were fine to go out separate ways. The Dream Jeep won me over and I'm glad I dealt with Norm, Dimos and Mike. Thank you so much. Jim More

A good experience, and a fun little FIAT! Bonnie was very helpful, patient, and nice throughout the whole process of buying my new car. She always made sure that I got answers promptly to all of my questions, and she constantly kept me informed regarding the next step in the process. Bonnie, along with a few other employees at the dealership, made the process of buying a car easy, and even fun, for me - everything seemed to be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. And I am very pleased with my new FIAT - it is an extremely cute little car! I find it very comfortable and really enjoy driving it. More

She was a real trooper, shovelling out car after car for us until we finally discovered the Wrangler that took our breath away. Financing with Rob was a blast! We could have been killed I spent over $3.5K on getting the brakes fixed (and the exhaust) at this dealership. Just over two weeks later we had a catastrophic brake failure - o I spent over $3.5K on getting the brakes fixed (and the exhaust) at this dealership. Just over two weeks later we had a catastrophic brake failure - one of the rear callipers fell off as we were driving, wrecking the back plate and breaking the wheel in the process. I repeat - the wheel BROKE as we were driving! Fortunately we were on a country road, and not doing 100 clicks on the highway, so we were lucky to not cause a serious or even fatal accident. I asked for my money back and was offered instead reimbursement for the cost of the work done to fix everything that had been damaged and 50% off any services for the next 6 months. In other words, apart from paying to repair the results of their negligence, the only other compensation I was offered would require me to entrust them with my car again, and pay them more money. Not going to happen. I wouldn't trust them to sweep the snow off my car at this point. (An additional note - the country mechanic took the other rear wheel off and jiggled its calliper - it too was loose and would have broken and come off next - negligence is a strong word but the right one to use in this case) So, my advice is, if you need something fixed that might later fall off - don't use this place. As for us, it's hi ho hi ho, it's off to court we go. More
