Superlative salesperson! Peter Lamothe has to be one of the most personable, friendly, knowledgeable people we could ever meet to purchase our first Toyota Yaris! We have boug Peter Lamothe has to be one of the most personable, friendly, knowledgeable people we could ever meet to purchase our first Toyota Yaris! We have bought cars many, many times and have not always had such positive experiences with car salespeople ! HE merits a 10+ in evaluation ! We never felt pressured during the entire time and Peter took the time to share many humorous stories about events in his life which we thoroughly enjoyed! He made us feel like a good friend would.....too bad so many salespeople are more concerned about a sale rather than the people they are dealing with who want to make the best informed decision about their car purchase! May you keep adding people like Peter to your sales staff as well as experts in their fields like Matthew who dealt so incredibly calmly with the paper work and some snags that came up and resolved quickly and to our satisfaction! He is truly I am sure an integral and vital part to the smooth functioning of your enterprise ! Lease Return Remorse This dealership displayed a lack of competency in handling my son's lease return; My son was not interested in re-leasing or purchasing another ve This dealership displayed a lack of competency in handling my son's lease return; My son was not interested in re-leasing or purchasing another vehicle so I asked the dealership to sell me (his father) the car and in doing so, they mistakenly put the ownership back in his name despite the fact that I gave them a copy of my licence, my insurance and the bill of sale was in my name.. so.... After toing and froing for a couple of days, they told me that the best option for me was to pickup the paperwork and got to Service Ontario to have the ownership changed. They also told me that I would need to redo the safety, which I completed 8 days ago... When I learned of this, I called Service Ontario to inquire and they told me that the dealership should own up to this problem and I did not need a safety if the original one did not expire.. So here we go again... back to the dealership tomorrow. I am perplexed as to why the dealership cannot own up to their mistake and get this right.... discouraged.. More

Very Professional in explaining all our options and negotiating an exceptional lease on a new 2018 which was on the lot and would be ready in four days. Amazing experience I was looking at different options and was unsure what kind of vehicule I wanted to purchase.
