They blamed "new computer programs".I booked an appointment to install the upgrades, and when I showed up, they told me the parts were not there, blamed "new computer program." It was only done two weeks after I got the truck... My first free oil change took 1.5 hours (15 min at Oil changers.) Keys were on the counter but they failed to see them apparently... My A/C broke down three weeks ago (after only 35000km!) They diagnosed the issue was a clamp, but they had none in stock. They keep telling me the part is still not available, blaming "computer problems". Two years to get computer working? I have bought lots of new cars, but never did I get such incompetent service. More

Interesting to see all the positive comments and quick answers by the dealer regarding customer service. However in this case we received nothing. Only 'I'm sorry'. From what I understand this happens very rarely so I'm not sure why there was nothing on their part to make it right. By the way, OMVIC and Toyota Canada are not able to provide much assistance. It is up to the dealer to take action. So this dealer who prides itself on quality customer service, for us, is not living up to its commitment. More

We had never consider We have been driving Toyotas for over 50 years. Two years ago we met Martin McCallister at Orleans Toyota in Orleans, Ontario. We had never considered leasing ; however, Martin soon convinced us that in the long run it would save us money. Thus our trip to the garage that day for an oil change turned into our leasing a new 2017 Rav 4. This month we traded for a new 2019 Hybrid Rav 4. Naturally, Martin was our salesman. His knowledge on the leasing aspect as well as the ins and outs of the vehicle are outstanding. We are very happy with our experience and leasing plan ( thanks to Martin).
