Second time around with Martin McCallister We have been driving Toyotas for over 50 years. Two years ago we met Martin McCallister at Orleans Toyota in Orleans, Ontario. We had never consider We have been driving Toyotas for over 50 years. Two years ago we met Martin McCallister at Orleans Toyota in Orleans, Ontario. We had never considered leasing ; however, Martin soon convinced us that in the long run it would save us money. Thus our trip to the garage that day for an oil change turned into our leasing a new 2017 Rav 4. This month we traded for a new 2019 Hybrid Rav 4. Naturally, Martin was our salesman. His knowledge on the leasing aspect as well as the ins and outs of the vehicle are outstanding. We are very happy with our experience and leasing plan ( thanks to Martin). We just hope that Martin sticks around for our next trade. Jean and Reg Beers More

Incredibly poor customer service! First time visit - so impressed by the clean shiny showroom - well- don’t be. Booked for a detailing and recall on a couple of parts- asked at time First time visit - so impressed by the clean shiny showroom - well- don’t be. Booked for a detailing and recall on a couple of parts- asked at time of booking to ensure they had a shuttle service as I needed a ride to and from work and gave my work location ( otherwise would have kept looking for a place that did offer shuttle) - the first girl was pleasant - assured me that it was no problem. I even called the evening before to confirm all details....next morning arrived at 7 - waited till 7:30 shuttle time to be told rudely in front of a waiting room full of people by the woman shuttle driver “ No - I don’t go there” Apparently it was one block past her limit- she motioned over her shoulder and said “talk to my manager” Manager did nothing - said his staff shouldn’t have told me they would provide shuttle service- finally offered to provide taxi chit but said ” I’d have to find my way home by myself”. This- after.booking weeks in advance and moving my schedule around- missing work in the morning and verifying all details twice... .So asked the service manager if I paid for the cab home - since the shuttle driver refused to go one block extra ( literally) but in record cold weather on Innes Road - walking wasn’t feasable- could they take some of the cab fare off of the service cost - he refused. Ended up missing two hours from work and didn’t have the service for my car...unbelievable poor form and zero customer service skills demonstrated by the dealership staff. Guess they have no need for new customers - this one will never be back - guaranteed. Another guarantee- will keep telling about this insane experience every chance I get to encourage other people to stay away from Orléans Toyota on Mer Blu. Shame on then! 😠 To Senior Management - Educate your staff to give the correct information from the beginning - guess what? Your customers don’t know - that’s why we ask questions.... but if you promise something / honour it- stand behind it - don’t put someone in an awkward position because your people have made a mistake! You are not the only game in town...Shockingly poor form. More

At first I was unsure whether I had made a good decision, but the more I drive it, the more I'm happy with the great deal I got for this solid little car. As a salesman, I found Aron to be flexible, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. I will add that this dealership is also worth the stop for its coffee machine... Yum. More
