It is a nice dealership for buying a car with nice staff on sales side, but the service department is scam. They charge over 150 for labor for simple service (inspection) and they do not even go through the on sales side, but the service department is scam. Called them and the advisor told me that I need to replace it my self! So I will not trust them again for any services. More
We just bought a RAV4 XLE HYBRID, our sales person's name is Zora; you couldn't find a more sympathetic person, answered all our questions, set up the apps on my phone, explained everything in details, she is Zora; you couldn't find a more sympathetic person, answered all our questions, set up the apps on my phone, explained everything in details, she spoke French which was great because we had ask for a French salesperson. As others have said, this dealership is a scam. I took my vehicles here for service and waited at the dealership. I was at the dealership for 2 hours but my invoice stated a mechanic worked on m I took my vehicles here for service and waited at the dealership. I was at the dealership for 2 hours but my invoice stated a mechanic worked on my car for 5.8 hours. Unfortunately I didn't realize this discrepancy until I got home. If I had dropped my car off I never would have known they were overcharging me. If you want a mechanic you can trust, go to a different Toyota dealership. More

My 2020 Tacoma was in for a serv They damage 50,000$ vehicles during service appointments and then tell you some "Minor damage" is always expected... My 2020 Tacoma was in for a service and tire change over but during the process all 4 of my rims and center caps were butchered. I was not advised of this damage but noticed it before leaving the service center. It was at this time that I tried to resolve the issue with my service manager but was told that it could not have been possible for this damage to have occurred during my visit and therfore they would not take responsibility for the damage caused. Upon further discussion with the service manager, I was told that he could order new center caps through warranty but that is all. I recently returned to have these new center caps installed but there remains large scratches around the perimeter of all 4 of my rims and there is now no paint where the broken center caps had been rubbing on the surface and Orleans Toyota will still take no responsibility and responds by saying I should have purchased extra rims to avoid damage during tire change overs.
