I would not recommend this place at all. My brother has a 2018 Toyota 4 runner that he purchased from Orleans toyota. He recently had to get it boosted by road side assistance and they broke the shift inter 2018 Toyota 4 runner that he purchased from Orleans toyota. He recently had to get it boosted by road side assistance and they broke the shift interlock cover to put it in neutral. After he had to boost it himself a couple times. So brought it they for a battery replacement and he was billed to charge the battery with a car under 20000km. And the service managers explanation was that Toyota has small batteries and need to be charged because of all the computers now. Bunch of xxxxxxxx. More

Very Satisfied This was my first time at this location, I came here after having a not so pleasant experience at another location and was very relieved and super imp This was my first time at this location, I came here after having a not so pleasant experience at another location and was very relieved and super impressed by the service I received from Aidan Parke. He took his time, never pressured me, was open and honest and able to handle 4 people pounding him with questions! We spent a couple of hours with Aidan and the whole time I never once felt pressured or guilty if I did not sign on the doted line that day. ( I did sign though!). I will definitely recommend this dealership and Aidan to anyone I know who is in the market for a Toyota. The staff are all very welcoming and made my experience less stressful. Can't wait to start driving my new Corolla! Thank you Aidan. More

We lost most of the engine oil in a matter of hours because of a fai Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this dealership and Toyota products. We lost most of the engine oil in a matter of hours because of a failing oil pressure sensor with no low oil warning light in a well kept 2013 Corolla which only had 72,000 km but luckily didn't ruin the engine. To add insult to injury, we had purchased a $1600 extended warranty (ECP) from Toyota which was still valid, and when this happened, it was like pulling teeth when trying to get coverage even though this kind of failure was covered and clearly stated on the ECP. We were never fully compensated and we are taking this further. More

They blamed "new computer programs".I booked an appointment to install the upgrades, and when I showed up, they told me the parts were not there, blamed "new computer program." It was only done two weeks after I got the truck... My first free oil change took 1.5 hours (15 min at Oil changers.) Keys were on the counter but they failed to see them apparently... My A/C broke down three weeks ago (after only 35000km!) They diagnosed the issue was a clamp, but they had none in stock. They keep telling me the part is still not available, blaming "computer problems". Two years to get computer working? I have bought lots of new cars, but never did I get such incompetent service. More
