We were interested in trading our 2010 Tundra for a 2017 Tundra. Chris was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We left the dealership as proud owners of a 2017 Tundra and were able to both receive the options we were looking for at a price which we were very happy with. We had a very enjoyable experience in dealing with Chris and would recommend him to others when visiting this dealership for a new vehicle purchase. More

He was friendly and provided information about different types of Corollas and the type of promotions offered by the dealership. A deal was reached in a couple of hours. I arrived at 7:30 am , met with service advisor J.P. Lajeunesse and after getting my information he told me to " make myself at home" and I would be paged when my car was ready ,"it shouldn't take too long' . By 8:05 I was paged , picked up my keys , paid my bill and was gone by 8:10 with the oil change and inspection complete and a freshly washed car besides . I was extremely satisfied with the fast and efficient service I received . More

I ended up buying a new Camry XLE 2017 and got what I feel to be a fair price for my 2014. Musa did his best to make it a great experience. I believe he was successful. Paul B. More
Above and beyond! I had to call Toyota roadside assistance two days in a row for a dead battery. The second day after calling Toyota roadside assistance, I called the service department at Orleans Toyota to see if I could bring my RAV4 in to have the battery checked. I was told that once my battery was boosted to bring it in right away. While I was talking to the service advisor at the dealership, I mentioned that my brakes were grinding. The advisor told me not to worry that they would check both the battery and the brakes. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told the battery and the brake pads had to be replaced. This was done at no cost to me. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers! More

I'm immediately greeted by one of the salem I went in for an oil change and while waiting I decided to walk around the showroom full of new vehicles. I'm immediately greeted by one of the saleman, Chris Cousineau and end up talking about the Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid. This guy knew what he was talking about and didn't waste time making an appointment for me and my husband to come back and work on a deal. I'm now driving the vehicle and am very happy with the service Chris provided. Good job! Keep up the good work Chris!! More

Worst dealship in Orleans Terrible dealership, I walked around the outside for at least 5minutes and no salesman. I went inside and walked around.. still no salesman. I went up to the front desk and they said they would get a salesman. When they finally did he apologized for not coming up to me since they have plenty of repeat customer and not many new ones. We continued to look for a car that suited my needs. Once we found one I asked for a trade-in appraisal. After a long 2 hour wait they came back with a ridiculously low price. I visited several dealerships prior to and this was the lowest of them all. I asked if they had credits on the Toyotas to try and balance the difference with what I was expecting for my car, he responds these are toyotas they sell like hotcakes and do not need incentives. In my opinion toyota is nothing special except a low end cheap priced car manufacturer. Any way, after everything was said and done I ask the salesman to call me if they have an incentives comes up, he chuckles and says i'm not calling you, you call me when your ready.. Simply wow! I was shocked to hear that, very unprofessional. He continued to insult several other dealerships in the area like 417 Nissan and Ottawa Dodge and says they cannot sell cars like us and they are terrible and to avoid them. Again very unprofessional. I decided to review the dealership and my poor experience, and they call me the next morning and leave a vm calling me a liar and telling me to get a reality check. Now I am mad since these guys are obviously oblivious and completely clueless on how to do business and treat customers with respect. The "owner" later on replies to my comments on google and says I fabricated some information. So to sum this all up, they call there customers liars, tell them to get reality checks, no apologies, fake some of there reviews on google, very unprofessional and insulting. How do they have any customers? I really hope future customers do some research and avoid this dealership. I have many deep connections and will ensure that no one from my circle of business/personal friends and family members shop here. It's time for the owner to fire all the managers and sales staff and get a reality check themselves on how to approach and deal with customers. I can continue with all the details of my horrible visit but I believe enough has been said above. Please consider my experience before attempting to go here. More
