Hidden Charges - Poor customer support Bought the Venza here - deal included 4 free oil changes. Called and asked if I had a free oil change left and they said yes. Brought in the car and they changed the oil and presented me a bill for 70 bucks. When I protested - they said "read the fine print" - free oil changes only good for 2 years. I said the I asked and was told I had one free one left and he refused to refund the money. Go elsewhere. Last time we took the car there to change from winter tires - they left me waiting for 2 hours - an hour after they were done. I asked when they would be done - they said "OH" we are done but couldn't find the keys and then couldn't find the paperwork ... BUT they still charged ALL the fees with no apology. We are moving and we SO GLAD we don't have to deal with these people anymore. More

On 2 occasions we have taken our Sienna in and both times nothing was done-they didn't have time (we had an appointment and left the car there all day). The first time was to fix the sliding door which doesn't work anymore-oh sorry, we took a look but didn't have time to fix it. It might not be financially worth it to fix". But they did say they could just cut the wires and the automatic function wouldn't work. So, why didn't they just cut the wires? We told them that was fine. No time. Second visit, was to look at and fix the A/C, and again cut the wires on the automatic sliding door. Had an appointment. Left the car there all day. They didn't get time to look at the car. Important note: I called first and was quoted $85 to look at the A/C, but at the appt they said it was $185 to look at it. We paid nothing, fortunately, but time and temper. Will not go back. Don't need dealers anyway for service, but my husband likes the idea. Will not go back. Do not go....there are other places to buy and service cars!!!! More

Toyota Corolla Test Drive Test drove a new Corolla. Salesman didn't tell me ANYTHING about this car.
