Recall of my van sliding doors broke my auto starter!!! Yet another perpetually terrible service visit from this dealership. Listen to the Google, Yellow Page and Dealer Rate ratings and save yourself the heaadache. Why build a brand new dealership if all you're going to strive to be is worse than mediocre? Brought my van in for a safety recall. The sliding doors need to be redone. The technicians failed to recognize that my auto starter, which was working fine, is incompatible with the new recall wiring they installed. So now my van does not start. I brought it back and the charged me $290.00 to yo figure this out. I refused to pay and asked to speak to the service manager. He was in a meeting a too busy to come out and see me. I told the service guy to have him call me at home and started to leave. The service guy said I could not leave until I paid the bill. I told him I was leaving and to have the manager call me. He followed me out and said he would stop me. I said he was welcome to try, The service guy said he was going to lie down in front of my van to stop me, Really? When we arrived to the van, the service guy offered to go get the manager form his meeting. Of course I said, that is what I want. He demanded my keys of my van, I declined. The service manager was no better. I offered a compromise, to apply this bill to a Toyota installed auto starter, he refused. I asked him to remove the recall install which rendered my auto starter useless. He agreed but he would have to charge me for it. More

Though it was only his first week on the job he was very knowledgeable and made certain all my questions were answered. He was friendly, polite, and didn't pressure me in any way, which was greatly appreciated. It made for a great car buying experience. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Henri and Orleans Toyota. The only negative comment I feel a need to make is that the 2 women who work at the front desk could really use a lesson in customer service and common courtesy. I found one of them in particular extremely rude and abrasive toward the sales person I was dealing with, making it very uncomfortable to stand there and watch someone be treated that way. In hind site I wish I had spoken up in his defense. It was other wise a great experience. More

No pressure when I was considering trading in my current Tac I wanted a newer model Tacoma answer use my 2015 Tacoma from a trade-in. I dealt with Mr. Chris Cousineau. That is, he was straight forward; no pressure to complete a purchase; professionally attires; when he spoke on any topic on the issue of the trade and my purchase he came across as very genuine; and although he is employed by Orleans Toyota I got a sense that he was also doing his very honest best to represent my conditions for my new purchase. That latter comment I found most compelling. It was an exceptional experience for me, as a customer, to be treated with a real sense of honesty.
