No pressure when I was considering trading in my current Tac I wanted a newer model Tacoma answer use my 2015 Tacoma from a trade-in. I dealt with Mr. Chris Cousineau. To me Chris is atypical of a sales person I wanted a newer model Tacoma answer use my 2015 Tacoma from a trade-in. I dealt with Mr. Chris Cousineau. To me Chris is atypical of a sales person. That is, he was straight forward; no pressure to complete a purchase; professionally attires; when he spoke on any topic on the issue of the trade and my purchase he came across as very genuine; and although he is employed by Orleans Toyota I got a sense that he was also doing his very honest best to represent my conditions for my new purchase. That latter comment I found most compelling. It was an exceptional experience for me, as a customer, to be treated with a real sense of honesty. Lajeunesse and after getting my information he told me to " make myself at home" and I would be paged when my car was ready ,"it shouldn't take too long' . By 8:05 I was paged , picked up my keys , paid my bill and was gone by 8:10 with the oil change and inspection complete and a freshly washed car besides . I was extremely satisfied with the fast and efficient service I received . More

Above and beyond! I had to call Toyota roadside assistance two days in a row for a dead battery. The second day after calling Toyota roadside assistance, I called the service department at Orleans Toyota to see if I could bring my RAV4 in to have the battery checked. I was told that once my battery was boosted to bring it in right away. While I was talking to the service advisor at the dealership, I mentioned that my brakes were grinding. The advisor told me not to worry that they would check both the battery and the brakes. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told the battery and the brake pads had to be replaced. This was done at no cost to me. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers! More

This guy knew what he was talking about and didn't waste time making an appointment for me and my husband to come back and work on a deal.
