We respect our guests' property and would never do anything to tarnish the trust they put in us when they hand over their keys for a trade evaluation. A trade appraisal is standard procedure for us and it's something we take very seriously. Our appraiser drove your vehicle through our parking lot at a reasonable speed for that transit. The only action we would have taken that could affect your fuel economy rating was taking detailed photos of the vehicle while it was idling.
