Very aggresive and they will wear you down until you can no longer think straight and then the boss called me dramatic when I said they are aggresively pushy. They do not answer your questions about other cars except for upping the interest on them so it looks like there are no real savings. Deeply regret dealing with them. Never again!!! More
#1 I worked at this dealership, I never once saw the sales management do an unfair, unkind, or dishonest thing to a customer, or staff member. Trust is huge, don't hesitate to purchase a car there. sales management do an unfair, unkind, or dishonest thing to a customer, or staff member. Trust is huge, don't hesitate to purchase a car there. Only bring your vehicle in for service here if you want to be charged for work that is not necessary. I brought my Caravan to another mechanic because the engine light was on. The engine light error indica to be charged for work that is not necessary. I brought my Caravan to another mechanic because the engine light was on. The engine light error indicated the fan resistor was faulty. The other mechanic replaced it but the engine light remained on. He said he would need to spend more time to figure out why the light was still on. I brought it into the Dodge dealer with the faulty assumption that they know the Dodge vehicles best and could quickly fix the problem. There was also a plastic door panel that had come off the vehicle. Orleans Dodge told me they had to replace the fan resistor again even though it had already been done. They could not trouble shoot past that without the replacement. They replaced the fan resistor and informed me that it was not the issue. The real problem was corroded wiring and they needed to replace parts of the fuse box. I would have preferred to have the work done elsewhere, much cheaper, but they said they had to take the vehicle apart to get to the fuse box and I would have to pay to have them reassemble. The part did not arrive as promised the next day and since the vehicle had parts disassembled I was stuck. In the end they had the vehicle for 3 days. They charged me for the replacement fan resistor even though it did not need to be replaced and I told them it had already been replaced. They also did not reattach the panel that had come off. I spoke to the sales manager both about the unnecessary charges and the panel. He had no interest in speaking with a dissatisfied customer. More

They use fake adds and prices to get you in then tell you the car sold 30 minutes before you came in. I requested to see the car anyway and they used every excuse not to show me it. Be very careful when purchasing from this dealer. The sales manager Ben is the definition of greasy. More

I was told that they where booked and would not be able to look at until the end of July. I i took it to the Embrun Dealer they not only looked at in a timely manner but solved the issue. I will never buy another vechicle or used them again. To top it off It was recomended I do I brake service, so I contacted my sales rep by phone and email asking if they could do the service at no charge he is not returning my call or email, great customer service after the sale. bait and switch???? Yesterday I went to Orleans Dodge shopping for a used van. Here is why I won't go back. The website showed a few vans that were within my budget bu Yesterday I went to Orleans Dodge shopping for a used van. Here is why I won't go back. The website showed a few vans that were within my budget but most had no information, not even a picture or mileage. I went to the dealership and was pleased to find a van I liked and was told several times that the price was $11999, exactly within my budget of $12K. After a test drive I said I would like to buy the van. The salesman said there was an error somewhere and the real price of the van was $14500. But because of the error on their part, I could buy the van for $13500. I am a retired person on a fixed income and I don't have a spare $1500. If they told me the correct price up front, I would not have even looked at the van. I cannot decide if their behaviour is inept or dishonest. I won't go back. And if you have read this far, let me add one thing. The carfax for the vehicle showed that all routine maintenance, (oil changes, etc.) had been done at the dealership. In inspecting the van I noticed that many easily accessible places were in need of lubrication (door hinges, hood latch, etc,). Something I expect from the 'quick lube' places, not a dealership. And on the test drive I thought the steering was unusually stiff. It might have been poor tire pressure, then again... it just made me wonder what else didn't get lubricated during routine maintenance. Disappointing. More
