I've been to many dealerships before and worked at one also. The service offered here is horrible. Out of there 10 times I've been to Orleans dodge, knowing I am waiting for my vehicle, have forgo one also. The service offered here is horrible. Out of there 10 times I've been to Orleans dodge, knowing I am waiting for my vehicle, have forgotten about me 3 times. They have kept my truck one full day for a software update that they never got to and never called me back after they told me it would be ready by noon. They tell me to come pick up my car and no one knows where the keys are and only an hour later, the manager comes out of his office with them after he clearly sees me from his office window and after 3 calls from the receptionist. I'm a very patient person and don't expect to have everything done in just a few minutes but when they waste my time over things like this, it makes me go elsewhere. The wait room is also very outdated and not taken care of if you compare it to other dealers around. This is just my opinion. More
