Beware Most likely the least helpful and dishonest business I've dealt with in a long time. Communication is not their priority. You are made to feel like they are not interested in your business. Twice had minivan serviced only to be told at 5pm they needed to keep the car overnight. This only after I called to verify the status of my vehicle. After four unpleasant services even with the warranty still active I always left with larger than expected bill. This recent experience will be my last. Initial bill for a alternator and oil change was 1050$. After complaining it somehow dropped down to 900$ then with more complaining to 700$. This is nothing more than a cash grab for customers willing to pay extra for nothing. I am no longer contributing to this and will never again buy a vehicle there or service my current minivan at Orleans Chrysler. It's hard to do worse than this place so might as well try your luck elsewhere. More

Considering we made a deal and I had told him I'd come get it in a couple days, that seemed a little rude. I went the next day and the car wasn't ready, so I had to wait until the following Monday to pick it up anyway. So, I bought the Saturn Aura from this dealership. I was told the brakes were done and that the car was fully inspected.. A couple weeks later, I found out that there was a leak when some of my belongings were soaked. I contacted them and they were less than enthusiastic to take a look, so I decided to fix it myself. When I bought the car, I found that the tires were a little noisy, but I didn't think too much of it because they had said the car was fine, and it drove well, besides the noise. Recently, I brought the car in for an oil change and winter inspection. My local garage told me that 2 wheel bearings had to be changed as well as the front brake pads and a gasket that was causing an oil leak. Now this was only about 5 months after I bought it. I had it done for about $1200. I decided to contact Metro Orleans to get their feeling and maybe some small compensation. All they did was blame me saying I must have caused it and that they did everything they were responsible for. I'll never go back as long as the customer service has this attitude. I would have been thrilled and a customer for life had they offered to give me some sort of restitution, but this business doesn't care about you once they have your money. More

We have the 2.4L engine that gives the MPG as Advertised , 40+MPG on the Highways.. Mike Johnson in Customer Service continues to be a Welcome Mix in providing Top Notch service after sale.. 14 Years experience with staff at Orleans Dodge Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership since 2000. While purchasing experience was good, it was my dealings with the Service Department and partic Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership since 2000. While purchasing experience was good, it was my dealings with the Service Department and particularly one Service Manager (Mike Johnson) that kept me coming back. Knowing that my Service Manager and those automobile technicians that he worked with wouldn't gouge me or lead me astray, when my son was preparing for a move to the west coast, I brought him straight to Mike when his Hyundai Santa Fe required brake repairs. Unfortunately, my visits at Orleans Dodge and my time as a Caravan owner have come to the end. Thank you for the great service and no pressure sales!!! More

I already owned a dodge (since 1999) and my Service Manager at Orleans Dodge is In September 2014 I visited many dealers in search of a new purchase. I already owned a dodge (since 1999) and my Service Manager at Orleans Dodge is second to no one! But this post deals directly with a Sales Manager I dealt with on one Saturday morning in September. Walked in, he was very busy not just with ourselves, but did not take the time to even close the door and have a good discussion. We Felt totally pressured and with nothing in return. I tried to negotiate some extras for a Journey purchase and it was a flat no, or, yes but we would have to not give you a rebate. When I asked for a copy of estimate with details, it was with "sorry I can't do that", even though other dealers did so. My wife and I walked out, after being a loyal Orleans Dodge customer since moving here in 2002 (military move), we were so disappointed that loyalty meant nothing. No hunger to sell even for a returning customer. I would have posted this earlier, but just found this site. Good news is we found a dealer hungry and compassionate to sell and we are now enjoying our new Dodge Journey! Sad to leave our Loyal Service manager to which I consider a good friend. I won't ID the sales manager. More
Dishonest Was in the market for a used vehicle and wanted to go to a larger dealership because I expected higher customer service and quality of vehicle. Saw a car on their website that had a price and said "tax and licensing extra". So when I went down there I ended up negotiating the price and they slap a $645 administration fee on after I negotiate the price down. So I basically didn't get anything off the price there. Then I told the manager I had a coupon for $500 off and he basically tells me I can't use it because I told him about it at the end of the negotiation. Next, I ask that they do a complete detailing on the car when they safety it and the salesman told me they absolutely would. Well, I checked a few dirty spots that a detailer would've found before I left and when I came back to pick it up they weren't clean so the guy basically lied. There's far better dealerships out there than Orleans Dodge. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. More
