Half-assed service and dealership One expects a higher level of service and care when you buy a car from a dealership. My experience is they could care less. Promise to repair the under-hood heat protector -- nothing done. Manager made excuses and walked away from me. Didn't even offer a let's-meet-halfway on this approach. Just walked away. What attitude! Promise to remove rust around brakes and assembly -- not done. Promised not kept. Installation of snow tires, unbeknownst to me -- did not include tire pressure monitoring valves. Now I have to look at my dashboard warning light (TPMS) until such time I switch over to summer tires. Do it properly, would ya?! Installation of tires included a lock nut for which I was not provided a key. This issue was ultimately resolved after multiple phone calls and texts. New license plates affixed only to fall off (the front one) a week later. While the salesperson was fine, he is the face of the dealership. The Sales Manager was arrogant, unwavering and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this dealership! More
