As most of you know, we are nearly four hours away and I contacted Nes about the special Maxima after seeing it on the internet. From the beginning, he treated me like I was the most important customer he has. He called me as promised and put some numbers together. It was exactly where we needed to be and honestly more car for less money than my own dealer was willing to do. This is after vehicle # 14 with them. I was a little nervous about making a deal sight un-seen but went ahead. This is my wife’s car and she really wanted the Sunset Drift. His personal touch made the decision easy. Unfortunately when the day came to meet us half way in London, old man winter decided otherwise. We had to push it to the Tuesday and because of the circumstances, (even though it wasn’t anyone’s fault) you delivered it all the way to my wife’s office 4 hours away! That alone is above and beyond but it mirrors how the whole process had gone from start to finish. Manu had to do that drive all alone but thankfully he had flowers and a bottle of wine that was a gift to my wife to brighten his day. A big thank you for delivering it and the gifts! Alison and Manu made the process as trouble free as any purchase we’ve ever done. Orangeville Nissan is obviously a well oiled machine as they say. As its my second visit to her with a need for a vehicle. I recently had an accident and being friends on Facebook, she reached out to ask how I was NOT to find out when I needed a new car. Once we found out my 2018 Frontier Pro 4x was a total loss I reached out to her and discussed my needs. (as they had changed) and she helped me in getting the best car for the best price. In this case a previously enjoyed 2017 Maxima SR. which I will be picking up on Monday December 9th. 2. Sales Manager, Nes Bratic. First time dealing with Nes. To say he was awesome is an understatement. when discussing my situation. he helped my understand my options and how to proceed, he took the time to go though a quick estimation of the damage of my truck . Then once we discovered that it was a total loss, he made sure I had the right coverage Warranty and price point on the car I choose. 3. Business manager, Lori Collins Since I was already in the system , this part of the transaction was a breeze. Once I had received my total loss payout to clear my existing Nissan loan (Tuesday Dec.3), and had it delivered to Nissan Canada I had completed the transaction with Lori on Dec.4th at 7 pm. She texted me with an approval by 230pm the 5th.. so to summate my experience with Orangeville Nissan, and my 4th visit.. AWESOME!! from start to finish. the process from having my truck written off to getting my replacement Maxima SR was a breeze. Small town values and a great no pressure attitude each time I have come in.
