As most of you know, we are nearly four hours away and I contacted Nes about the special Maxima after seeing it on the internet. From the beginning, he treated me like I was the most important customer he has. He called me as promised and put some numbers together. It was exactly where we needed to be and honestly more car for less money than my own dealer was willing to do. This is after vehicle # 14 with them. I was a little nervous about making a deal sight un-seen but went ahead. This is my wife’s car and she really wanted the Sunset Drift. His personal touch made the decision easy. Unfortunately when the day came to meet us half way in London, old man winter decided otherwise. We had to push it to the Tuesday and because of the circumstances, (even though it wasn’t anyone’s fault) you delivered it all the way to my wife’s office 4 hours away! That alone is above and beyond but it mirrors how the whole process had gone from start to finish. Manu had to do that drive all alone but thankfully he had flowers and a bottle of wine that was a gift to my wife to brighten his day. A big thank you for delivering it and the gifts! Alison and Manu made the process as trouble free as any purchase we’ve ever done. Orangeville Nissan is obviously a well oiled machine as they say.
