We had an instant connection with salesperson Maureen (Moe) Lagden who held our hand as we purchased our car a 2009 Nissan Cube. A rare vehicle even 3 years ago, she went above and beyond to find the best fit for our needs. We had great followup as well. Lots of laughs and just a general good experience. Three years on when we started looking for our next vehicle which was only because our needs had changed, we thought about talking to Moe again. Terrible Experience @ Nissan Orangeville Purchased a demo Murano during the winter, which there was ice on the vehicle so we clearly could not notice any imperfection on the finish, was told Purchased a demo Murano during the winter, which there was ice on the vehicle so we clearly could not notice any imperfection on the finish, was told it will be detailed prior to picking it up. Once we where there to pick it up we did a circle check and noticed there were tons of surface scratches, pointed it out to the salesman and said this isn't acceptable, he had the GM come out to look at it and his response word for word "what do you expect, its a demo" with paying close to $40,000.00 you would not expect this type of response and especially from the GM. On our way home we noticed that the interior was not even touched from when we test drove it as there was still chocolate in the shift console that we noticed when we test drove it which we even pointed out prior to signing on the doted line. Once we got home we decided to check the spare key and of course we were given the incorrect spare key. Due to the issues that we experienced we were told once the first oil change is needed email us and we will arrange to come and pick up the vehicle while leaving you with one and they would complete and oil change, detail the vehicle get the proper spare key and deliver back to us. Once we initiated we required an oil change on May 5th we did not get a response for days so we sent another email. Needless to say we have asked numerous times for an exact time and date as we work and do not work close to home so we would be able to arrange our schedule which works for Nissan, once again we never got an exact time but were told it would happen Friday May 22nd. We got an email the morning of May 21 indicating they will be there later today to pick up the vehicle. We had immediately wrote back indicating this will not due to not being prepared as this was suppose to take place May 22nd and that due to all the frustration this caused we will just take care of the oil change ourselves and we never got a response from Nissan. With the numerous times asked to arrange a time and date you would have expected they would understand and appreciate this was asked so no one would be inconvenienced and we could be prepared (i.e. arrange daily apts to be available, have the vehicle cleaned out & have the spare key with me). The original purchase went great but from the time of picking up the vehicle to now was horrible this is not my first Nissan and won't be my last but this was my first and last experience dealing with Orangeville Nissan. More

This being my first new vehicle purchase I was unaware of all of the steps involved. My sales rep Waj was very knowledgable about the vehicle as well as details on financing, paperwork, insurance, etc. Not only did Waj allow me all the time I needed to reflect on this huge investment, once I did decide to proceed he personally delivered the vehicle to my front door (Orangeville to Toronto) and went over in depth all of the associated paperwork (warranty, service schedule, features, financing, etc) I felt the service I received went above and beyond my expectations and I am absolutely pleased and comfortable with the entire experience. More

Finally came across one in Inventory at Orangeville Nissan. We live 1.5 hours away from the dealership. I dealt with Waj, via Phone and e-Mail to close the deal. A week later we were able to pick up the vehicle. Rudy had all the paperwork in order, and Waj gave us a tour of the vehicle. A beautiful black Xterra is now ours. More
