We drove in from Toronto after searching for a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Before making the quick trip to Orangeville, I felt like I was being hustled in some of the other dealerships, because my knowledge of cars is not that strong. This could also be due to internal sales pressure, because they just wanted to sell and never listened to what I was saying. I went online and read good things about the Nissan Orangeville dealership and was told by a friend who had recently made a purchase from there that the staff would be friendly, plus they had the Rogue I wanted. Wow! The staff here is wonderful. The salesperson who helped us was very patient and extremely knowledgable. He spent much more time than any other dealership and gave us the education we needed to feel comfortable in making an informed decision. It was worth the drive from Toronto. More

I had been to several other dealers yet when I visited the Orangeville location I was welcomed with friendly service. My sales person Waj was very knowlegable and answered any questions I had. I didnt feel "pushed" to buy at all. I felt more comfrotable and happy with my purchase. I would like to thank Orangeville Nissan for making my experince a great one! More

Today, you lost a potential $30 000 sale due to harassment by Waj Hussain . Luckily Barrie Nissan does not deal with customers in this fashion and they got my business on a2012 370z. I left their dealership with a smile even after dumping $32000. Thank you for steering me to a much superior Nissan dealership. Terminating Waj Hussain would most likely result in more sales, just a thought More

I got a great car at a really great price and Waj made the process easy and enjoyable. He went out of his way to answer any questions we had, and was extremely patient and helpful despite us running into his next appointment during a busy Saturday. He was honest, fair and made me feel valued as a customer, without feeling pressured into buying. Plus my Juke is fantastic, and so fun to drive and own. I would not hesitate to call Waj when I am in the market for my next Nissan, or to recommend him to friends and family. A++ More

Worst Service Experiences I purchased a 2014 Versa Note from Nissan Orangeville last April. My salesman was Andrew McBride. Buying a car from him was an easy, friendly and all I purchased a 2014 Versa Note from Nissan Orangeville last April. My salesman was Andrew McBride. Buying a car from him was an easy, friendly and all round enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgable about the vehicles he sells and always took the time to come talk to me or look at any problems I was experiencing with my Versa Note after I bought it. If he worked for another car company, I would never hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. The reason I would never go back to this dealership is because of the service they offer and the product quality now associated with Nissan. Every single time I had an oil change done on my Versa Note it took no less than two hours. I purchased and had winter tires mounted on my car last November, which took four hours to complete. I waited for the vehicle because I was told this service would take roughly 1.5 hours. At the 2 hour mark I noticed my vehicle was sitting right where I'd left it, untouched. I went to ask what was going on and the woman at the service desk told me it was going in in the next 15 minutes. I told her I was being picked up because I had things to do today and she told me she would call when it was finished. I was gone for two hours and never received a call. Finally I went back to the dealership and she gave me back my vehicle without even offering an apology for the horrible service or not calling me when it was finished. This is just one example of my service experiences with my Versa Note. Overall, the service staff could use a lesson on how to treat customers and make them feel their time is valued. During my time owning my Versa Note, I had many safety related mechanical problems and was often told I could not get an appointment to have them checked out for at least a week. That brings me to the build quality of Nissan products... I had my Versa Note for a year and four months. In that time, I had two speakers replaced, was on my third set of front stabilizer bar bushings, had a disconnected brake light switch that left the car unable to accelerate after driving through rain, found out I had a car with an engine that didn't operate properly or safely in -20 weather, AND a shuddering transmission that I later found out through my own research was damaging itself and would need a replacement that Nissan would not admit to. And of course I had no help from Nissan Orangeville to get these problems fixed efficiently or at all. It took weeks for them get parts in and the car had to be at the dealership for days and weeks at a time to be repaired. When the Versa Note finally gave out on me at 50,000km and had to be towed back to the dealership, I was not offered a loaner vehicle, but to pay $34 a day for a rental. I had to get rid of this car after only a year and four months of owning it because it cost too much time, frustration, and once out of warranty, money to keep fixing. Orangeville Nissan is the worst dealership selling the most poorly built products in the automobile industry. More

The car it self is fantastic sports car , with the dark pearl blue colour , tinted windows ,,, it turns a lot of heads when I go buy them . My whole experience at Nissan was absolutely fantastic - I dealt directly with Maureen (Moe) Lagden and she made my experience really enjoyable and super easy. She spent a lot of time working with my budget and putting me into the vehicle that I wanted more than any other. She took the time to explain my options to me and showed me what I could afford. I would most definitely recommend Orangeville Nissan to anymore but more importantly I will be recommending Moe to all of my friends and family members that are looking at purchasing a new vehicle.
