Orangeville Nissan experience. We went to Orangeville Nissan to buy used, 1-2 year old Roque because selection there was really great. We end up buying a brand new one. He guided us thru the whole process. From the test drive to signing the papers. Great experience and price too. Huge manufacturers rebate and great dealer discount. Actually we paid less for brand new Roque in Orangeville then in Newmarket, where dealership wanted more for 1 year old Roque with low mileage. Ryan Wagner was down to earth, very knowledgable and experienced salesman. He delivered the car with accessories the day and time he was supposed to. He attached my plates, hooked up my phone and offer other help. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan to anyone. We love the Roque, it drives great and fuel consumption is really good. Thank you Ryan for your help. More

Nissan Rogue Purchase I was very happy with Tom and Lori. Tom was friendly and accommodated my needs. He did everything he could to ensure that I left satisfied. Lori was very helpful in arranging financing to fit my budget. On the day that I purchased the car (Monday), I was told that I could pick up the car the following Friday at 10 AM. However on Thursday I received a call from the dealership informing me that they had just noticed a cracked visor and would have to order a new one causing a delay in picking up the vehicle by at least an hour. On Friday at 11:30 I was told the car was ready and Tom took me to the car. When Tom started the car he noticed a problem and told me that they would have to check the battery. They had to replace the battery which resulted in another 30 minute delay. I finally drove the car off the lot at 12:15. On Monday I was told I couldn't pick up the car until Friday because they needed the time to detail and service the car. The car was not detailed well (fingerprints on mirrors, did not appear to have been vacuumed), and there were all of these "last minute" issues. Why was none of this done or discovered in the nearly 4 days they had the car? The people I dealt with directly and their service was wonderful. The service " behind the scenes " was disappointing. I don't think they could have done anything better. They get bonus points for talking to me and not to my husband; it was me making the purchase!
