Exceptional Orangeville Nissan Customer Service experience Tom Moore was my sales rep and I could not be more pleased with his customer service. I had been to several Nissan dealerships and Tom was by far the Tom Moore was my sales rep and I could not be more pleased with his customer service. I had been to several Nissan dealerships and Tom was by far the most friendly and accommodating. The first thing he asked me was, "what do you want out of this vehicle" followed by, "I'll try and make that happen for you". Terrable service Had a appointment on July 23 at &am took it in the day before it got in on July 24 was told they could not find the problem. I when in to the service Had a appointment on July 23 at &am took it in the day before it got in on July 24 was told they could not find the problem. I when in to the service dep't and had them come out and I showed the, what it was. I was told the gears were not meshing but the could not look at it until August 2 but I had already made a appointment on July 23 to have it fixed. Still not working can't get it in 6th gear. More
