I was actually dreading the whole ordeal of purchasing a new vehicle. I was shopping around and looking at other vehicles as well as I hadn't decided on a Honda at that point. Mark was extremely helpful, never pressured me and really took the time to answer all of my questions. The second time I went back to look since I was still undecided, he still didn't pressure me and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with my choice and encouraged me to take the vehicle out for another test drive if I wanted. It went from an experience I was dreading to an experience that was enjoyable. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend looking up Mark!!! More

Used car sales I called about a car. Salesperson Mark advised me it was available. I reach the dealership 45 mins later for him to look up then in computer and tell I called about a car. Salesperson Mark advised me it was available. I reach the dealership 45 mins later for him to look up then in computer and tell me it was sold. Car was no were to be seen and already marked sold in computer but he insisted it was just sold. Which I do not believe because in 45 mins the car would not have been moved off lot and already cleared off computer He was just to lazy to get off his chair and look or log into computer when I called. It was a total waste of my time and my gas to get to Orangeville. I will never make mistake of driving there again ! More

Honda Ridgeline Orangeville Honda is an excellent dealership. We were looking for a Honda Ridgeline LX and sent emails to various dealerships. Of the 10 only 2 were h Orangeville Honda is an excellent dealership. We were looking for a Honda Ridgeline LX and sent emails to various dealerships. Of the 10 only 2 were helpful as the rest said Ridgelines couldnt be found. The other one said he had none but had the next one up. The email I got from Orangeville was so pleasant and friendly that we decided to go there. At the time they had no Ridgeline LX but would help us with choosing one next in line. Happily when we talked with them they had found us the truck we were looking for and the colour as well. We were excited and within 2 days we were driving in our new truck. Thank you James and Mark!!!!! We LOVE our truck. More

I went back and forth for a while but still he did not pressure me and made sure that I was 100% comfortable with making my purchase.
