Mark Petkovski, the salesperson that assisted me, was very professional yet friendly and very knowledgeable. Haley Langford, the Financial Service Manager, took the time to explain the paperwork and answer any questions I had, .I plan to maintain my relationship with Orangeville Honda whenever it is time for the required service on my CRV. An all around great experience! I was going by Orangeville Honda and decided to check-out a Honda Fit. Shortly after walking around the parking lot to view the various vehicles, I w I was going by Orangeville Honda and decided to check-out a Honda Fit. Shortly after walking around the parking lot to view the various vehicles, I was approached by Mark Petkovski. We discussed the Honda Fit, but after Mark educated me about both the Fit and the Civic, I realized that the Civic would be a better vehicle for me. I did not purchase the Civic that day, but Mark and I kept in touch. I think the one thing that really stood out is that the sales staff are not on commission – this made a huge difference! I never felt incredible pressure like I have from other dealerships. Mark and I did negotiate a bit over phone and e-mail (as I live over an hour away from Orangeville) and came up with a price that I was quite happy with. I really appreciated the “My First Honda” discount that I was given right up front (without asking)! I picked-up my car just less than a month ago. Mark had everything ready for me to go and he went over all of the car’s features before I hit the road in my new Honda Civic – that I love! This dealership was terrific and Mark was fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend both. For me, it was worth the drive to Orangeville Honda. More
