I had the wonderful privilege of working with Michelle Li. Michelle worked in the capacity of coordinator/liaison person between myself and the mechanic working on my Avalon. She reviewed my file in detail, and communicated clearly, methodically, and precisely as to what was to be done. She was un-rushed, providing much opportunity for me to ask or clarify issues related to my car. She made sure that I had understood what was said. She was patient at all times, showed no sign of annoyance (which was the case in other service departments), imparting a sense of sincere intention in assuring that one’s needs were met. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I sat at a table in the waiting area with my work to do. When Michelle had additional information to communicate with me, she came over to my table in person to communicate this. Michelle had to deliver “bad news” (i.e. my car radiator was found to be leaking, therefore requiring more repair time and cost), she showed sincere empathy and compassion, and offered a rental car as well as willingness to be flexible and creative in finding a mutual solution for the inconvenience that this would cause. Michelle’s estimation of time and cost was realistic. During the time that I was there waiting, she made sure on several occasions that I was okay. She even provided me with a coupon with which I could get a meal at the in-store Japanese food outlet. What excellent staff you have. Michelle is immensely likeable, she works diligently, tirelessly, always smiling with a sincere positive spirit, honestly, with integrity and cheerfully, while always being sensitive to one’s needs and concerns. She is a sweet, responsible, hardworking person totally committed to honest good work ethics. Michelle is great. She is a wonderful asset to your company. I have much respect for her integrity and hold her in high esteem. Thank you, Michelle, for your wonderful assistance. On Mar. 9/2022 I took my Rav4 to the regular maintenance. I recomend everyone to ask for her Usually, I am on guard mode for the service attendant try to sell more services than I want. The grim face man with confidence in his knowledge about the car maintenance looking for something expensive to do. Amy was friendly, cheeful, well dressed and felt the respect to the cuscomers. She is the dream employee for the customer service department. The service was done earlier than estimated time and with a free car wash. It was the best experiance at Open Road Toyota in last 12 years. More

Terrible. I came in to look at a Lunar Rock TRD Sport that was in the showroom. I asked if it was available, but all they were concerned about was if I was trading in and financing. I said I wanted to pa that was in the showroom. I asked if it was available, but all they were concerned about was if I was trading in and financing. I said I wanted to pay cash. The girl I was dealing with went to talk to her manager and came back and told me it was available but that they wanted to sell it to someone that would be trading in and financing..... I am in there, offering to pay FULL price for a vehicle in cash, and they are telling me NO because they can make more money off someone else that needs to finance and trade in their vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager because I was furious, and I said " let me get this straight, you won't sell me this vehicle because you want to make more money off someone else through finance and trade in" and he said "yes ma'am". I understand if someone else was standing beside me, and was wanting to trade in their vehicle and finance, But I was the only person in the showroom looking at this vehicle and it was 100% available. They just wanted to sell it to someone else that they could make more money off of. Shameful, to treat your customers this way. More
