Coming from Alberta to have a quick break and enjoy the views of Vancouver, we decided to drop by Openroad Toyota to check out 1 of 14 Lexus sportcars for sale in the whole of Canada. Rocky Tian was a very views of Vancouver, we decided to drop by Openroad Toyota to check out 1 of 14 Lexus sportcars for sale in the whole of Canada. Rocky Tian was a very professional and very knowledgeable salesperson that we ended up getting a 2021 4runner instead. Rocky along with finance manager Jana Haynes, made buying an out-of-province vehicle look so easy and answered all of our uncertainties about the said topic. Never have we ever met a salesperson nor witnessed a dealership here in Alberta more professional and hospitable as Rocky and the Openroad Toyota crew. Not only the crew was great, the price was even sweeter. No pushy add-ons or hidden costs, just straight awesome service. It may have taken us 15hrs to get back to Calgary, but we wont hesitate to do it all over again. Again, thanks Rocky and Jana, you guys changed our perspective about dealerships. More

An oil change took 2.5 hours here. Suggest they schedule their appointments better as this a ridiculous amount of time to wait for what should be a quick service - 1 hour max. So beware, the dealership might have run out of credits and you may not receive your money back and they are NOT telling you...go somewhere else where you will not have to worry about this and you will not be treated like dirt if you are not Asian. Very good experience on the rest of the automall dealerships if you are exploring other makes. I ended up buying in Vancouver (not a Toyota for the first time in many many years) across the bridge and it was a totally different experience from A to Z. More
