I recomend everyone to ask for her Usually, I am on guard mode for the service attendant try to sell more services than I want. The grim face man with confidence in his knowledge about the car maintenance looking for something expensive to do. Amy was friendly, cheeful, well dressed and felt the respect to the cuscomers. She is the dream employee for the customer service department. The service was done earlier than estimated time and with a free car wash. It was the best experiance at Open Road Toyota in last 12 years. More

Terrible. I came in to look at a Lunar Rock TRD Sport that was in the showroom. I asked if it was available, but all they were concerned about was if I was trading in and financing. I said I wanted to pa that was in the showroom. I asked if it was available, but all they were concerned about was if I was trading in and financing. I said I wanted to pay cash. The girl I was dealing with went to talk to her manager and came back and told me it was available but that they wanted to sell it to someone that would be trading in and financing..... I am in there, offering to pay FULL price for a vehicle in cash, and they are telling me NO because they can make more money off someone else that needs to finance and trade in their vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager because I was furious, and I said " let me get this straight, you won't sell me this vehicle because you want to make more money off someone else through finance and trade in" and he said "yes ma'am". I understand if someone else was standing beside me, and was wanting to trade in their vehicle and finance, But I was the only person in the showroom looking at this vehicle and it was 100% available. They just wanted to sell it to someone else that they could make more money off of. Shameful, to treat your customers this way. More
