Open Road Toyota Richmond service department is not friendly and helpful, this morning (12 Sept. 2022) Monday at 8:54 am ,I called the service department and wanted to set up an appointment for my frie friendly and helpful, this morning (12 Sept. 2022) Monday at 8:54 am ,I called the service department and wanted to set up an appointment for my friend's 2021 RV4 Hybrid 38,000 km service who on the way to Vancouver from Toronto. what the lady gave me the earliest day is Oct. 4 at 10:30am ,today is Sept.12 and we have to wait 3 more weeks. It is unbelievable and totally not accepted. Later on I check with the website on line booking ,it shows that Sept. 15 (Thursday) ,they have 2 appointment are available ,one is 09:45am and the other one is 10:45 am. That means the lady can schedule either one of those to me instead of 3 weeks after. Actually it is not only Toyota dealership in Vancouver area. I call Granville Toyota , they schedule the appointment for us on Sept. 15. More
